The teaser trailer for the Guillermo del Toro-produced and co-written "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" is now online and can be watched using the player below. Directed by Troy Nixey, the horror thriller stars Katie Holmes, Guy Pearce and Bailee Madison.
Opening in theaters on January 21, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" centers on a young girl (Madison), sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend, who discovers sinister creatures that live underneath the stairs.
