She was whisked through the busy terminal by an airport attendant as she prepared to board the flight alone.
Tom Cruise has been in the UK filming his new movie "All You Need Is Kill" and has not been pictured with his daughter in more than three months.
It is unclear where the "Mission Impossible" star, little Suri and his two older children Bella and Connor will spend the holiday. A spokesperson for the actor is yet to reply to a request for comment by Mail Online.

Today marks the actress' first Thanksgiving away from her child following her divorce from Cruise earlier this year.
Katie, who has a day off from her Broadway commitments, took the opportunity to be with her family in Ohio.
She told "Live! With Kelly and Michael" this week: 'We have Thursday off, so Iím going to have a chance to go home with my family.
'My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey.'
And she revealed that the day will include a three-mile jog in the local park.
'Many years ago, my dad started this tradition where we all do this run in the local park,' she told Jimmy Fallon.
'It's a three mile run called the Turkey Trot. There's even a prize, which I haven't won yet. But it's really fun.
