Katie Holmes knows how to put her best foot — toe and leg — forward!

The actress treated herself to a fancy pedicure and spa treatments on her legs early last night in TriBeCa.

The single mom appeared happy, relaxed and chatty and she dished with a female pal throughout the treatments, witnesses said.

The 34-year-old "Dawson's Creek" beauty walked out in spa slippers, before she and her pal jumped into a waiting car service.
