Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise go to Six Flags
By Francesca Bacardi
Katie Holmes sought an adrenaline rush on Saturday at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum was photographed on Batman the Ride, paying homage to her role as Bruce Wayne’s love interest in “Batman Begins.” She also later enjoyed the Nitro and El Toro roller coasters, as well as The Joker, Bizarro, Harley Quinn Crazy Train and The Dark Knight Coaster, a source told Page Six.
A separate source told Page Six that Holmes brought 11-year-old daughter Suri Cruise and Suri’s friend with her to the park.
“They were followed by a plain-clothes security guard,” the eyewitness said. “The kids stood out, stylish. Not your typical Jackson, NJ, kids.”
Commenters on social media noted that the Batman ride was closed most of the day and that Holmes must have gotten on before it shut down.
Our eyewitness also added that it was “the absolute worst day to be at Great Adventure” because the lines for food, drinks and rides were at least two hours long. “I am sure they had Flash Passes,” the witness quipped.
