"Fashion Police," E!'s weekly series serving up candid dish about stars' outfits, is celebrating Halloween during its Friday episode (10:30 p.m. ET/PT).

Joan Rivers, Kelly Obsourne , George Kotsiopoulos and Giuliana Rancic have transformed into their favorite celebrity alter-egos for a look at this week's celebrity style.
